Jeffrey Supnick Biography

Jeff Supnick is a twenty-five year veteran in the self storage industry. He has had primary and direct involvement in the development of over forty self storage facilities throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. Mr. Supnick currently provides development consulting and brokerage services to the self storage industry focusing mainly in the Northeast United States.

Mr. Supnick has been responsible for the management of ten self storage facilities encompassing over 600,000 sq. ft. of space.

As a Broker in the year 2007, Mr. Supnick was responsible for the sale of approximately one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000) of self storage real estate.

Mr. Supnick currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Self Storage Association. Mr. Supnick is also a member of the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association and the New York Self Storage Association.

During his career, Mr. Supnick has also served in the following capacities in the Self Storage Industry:

• Development Officer for Storage USA
• Various positions with Public Storage, Inc.
  - Northeast Regional Real Estate Manager
  - Real Estate Representative
  - Development Coordinator
• Acquisition Director Dover Asset Group (a Self Storage holding company).
• Former Owner / Operator of a Self Storage Facility in Cherry Hill, NJ

Mr. Supnick is a frequent contributor to the Mini Storage Messenger and Inside Self Storage magazines. He holds a Master Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ and has served in the following capacities as a Planner:

• Land Use Planner: Salem County NJ Planning Commission and Bucks County Pennsylvania Planning Commission.
• Independent Consultant to local zoning boards and environmental commissions in New Jersey
• Permit Officer for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection
